Happy Anniversary

Cody & my's 5th anniversary was on August 1st.  Unfortunately I was gone to Pennsylvania so we didn't get to spend it together but when I got back he bought me this gorgeous diamond ring that I absolutely love.  It's missing a stone right now so we're getting that fixed but when I get it back I'll post a picture.  I feel like crap because I didn't get him anything, I guess I'll have to make it up next year.

Soccer

The kids are playing soccer this year and Tyson is loving it, Kaitlyn, not so much.  They usually rotate players in and out and as soon as Kaitlyn gets sat out she refuses to play anymore so Tyson usually ends up playing the whole game and he gets so tired.  His coache's husband is always cheering him on and Tyson feels so special, he tells me all the time "that guy tells me that I'm doing a good job."  I've learned that he is extremely competitive when it comes to sports, and an occasional ball hog but he has fun and he's learning how to work with a team and it's fun to watch him.

Pennsylvania/Niagara Falls

So back in August, my work sent me to Pennsylvania to train some of our staff there. We spent most of our time working but we did get to go to Niagara Falls one day. I can't believe how beautiful water can be. It's so cool to see the water coming over, they have tours that you can do that will take you down to the falls and back behind them but we didn't do any of that.

T-Ball

Tyson and Katie did T-ball this summer and they had a blast.  It was so fun to watch them get better with each game.  Tyson has a pretty good arm, he was throwing the ball clear across the field.  Katie was more interested in playing in the dirt and grass then playing the game but she did have fun and towards the end she started to get more interested in things.

Preschool Graduation

Tyson and Kaitlyn graduated preschool in May.  Tyson is actually graduated-he goes to Kindergarten this fall but Kaitlyn has one more year.  They had so much fun this year, their teacher was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone.  If she could handle Katie she can handle any child.

They pretty much just sang songs the whole time so all of my pictures look alike but then they got their diplomas and they were so excited.  It was fun to watch and especially see how much Kaitlyn had changed and learned.
